We have 14 Rooms including a De-luxe Duplex Family Room comprising of a twin bedded room and double room with en-suite bathroom.  Cottage Suite with sitting room, kitchenette, De-luxe double room with en-suite shower room, Superior and De-luxe double bedrooms and Superior Twin Bedded Rooms.  All rooms have a luxury marble bathroom en-suite.

The newly refurbished rooms have river views and each room is en suite, with a shower and bath. Every room has a flat-screen TV and telephone. 2 rooms are located in a separate coach house, overlooking the secluded and secure courtyard. A full Irish breakfast is made fresh to order and served in the restaurant overlooking the Ballywater River.

The hotel is close to the historic site of Newgrange and the Battle of the Boyne site and Oldbridge. The village has its own historic ruins of Termonfeckin Castle. Or why not visit Drogheda City centre is a five minute drive where you can enjoy shopping and restaurants.
